How to use pressure switches correctly
1. Method of setting control pressure
Short press the ON/OFF button to turn off the operation indicator light and turn off the pressure control system.
Set the control upper/lower limit, briefly press the SET key once to enter the lower limit setting state (corresponding lower limit indicator light is on), set the value through (▲) (▼), and after setting the lower limit, briefly press the SET key to enter the upper limit setting. The setting method is the same as above.
After setting, press the SET key to automatically save the set values to the computer chip (after parameter modification, no key operation within 5 seconds will automatically save the current parameter settings). Press the (ON/OFF) operation button again (corresponding operation indicator light is on), and the motor starts working.
2. Unit switching method: Short press the (ON/OFF) run button to turn off the run indicator light, and short press the increase button (▲) to switch units between MPa, Kg/cm, and PSI at will. After setting, turn on the running indicator light.
3. Zero position reset function: Short press the (ON/OFF) operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, long press the decrease button (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero position error. After setting, turn on the running indicator light. (When using this function, the pressure switch must not apply pressure)
How to adjust the pressure switch
1. Pressure switch, also known as pressure controller, can control oil pressure, air pressure, etc. Press the Set button, and the lower limit light will light up to set the pressure lower limit.
2. The upper limit light is on to set the pressure upper limit. Short press to slowly adjust, long press to quickly adjust.
3. After setting, press the Run button to save. If a red light is used to connect the test switch, the upper limit light will turn off and the lower limit light will turn on.
